12th Planet, Skrillex, Kill the Noise get together for “Burst”
Released in 2012, “Burst” was a true power summit of Los Angeles-based dance music, gathering the talents of mainstay 12th Planet, supernova Skrillex and rising star Kill the Noise. This trio came together for a majorly heavy session that resulted in “Burst,” a powerful detonation of big bass concepts and robotic re-imaginings of sound. Mind explosions guaranteed.
“Burst” was included on 12th Planet’s Scion AV Presents: The End is Near EP, which is still available for free streaming and download. 12th Planet grew up in Los Angeles and has been one of the city’s premiere champions of dubstep for nearly a decade with his own productions, as well as his co-owner role with record label and party promoters SMOG.
