Skybound 5th Anniversary Party Photos from San Diego

This past weekend in San Diego, Scion teamed up with Skybound Entertainment for the premiere of the feature film, AIR. The sci-fi thriller will be released on August 14, but viewers were treated to an early showing at Westfield Horton Plaza. In attendance were a couple of the film’s stars, Norman Reedus (of The Walking Dead) and Sandrine Holt (of House of Cards), plus its writer and director Christian Cantamessa. Also checking out the movie were Walking Dead co-stars Steven Yeun, Melissa McBride, IronE Singleton, and Sonequa Martin, as well as Silicon Valley’s Thomas Middleditch and Kumail Nanjiani, and actors Alison Haislip and Lauren Shaw.

Scion AV All Purpose Show correspondent Stevie Lee was working the blue carpet and conducted an in-depth interview with Reedus later for an upcoming episode. We also brought out the Scion x Slayer Mobile Amp tC and the Scion x Riley Hawk Skate Tour xB, plus gave folks a preview of the 2016 Scion iM in Spring Green Metallic.

After the movie we celebrated Skybound Entertainment’s fifth anniversary at the top of Petco Field. Skybound was founded by Robert Kirkman, the creator of The Walking Dead and other comic book titles. At the festivities several other Scion Project Cars were on display. We had a great time and the zombies left us alone.
